At Balance, every order is prepared with care to ensure you receive high-quality products that meet our performance standards.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that limited edition or preorder items may take up to 30 business days to be shipped. If your order includes one of these items, we’ll notify you by email once it’s on the way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Delivery time depends on your location and selected service:

  • Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Please note that delays may occur during high-demand seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.

Preorders & Limited Editions

Some Balance products are part of special or limited collections. These may require additional time to be produced and shipped (up to 20 business days).
We believe good things take time — thank you for your patience while we prepare your order with the quality and detail you deserve.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue persists, email us at support@wearyourbalance.com and we’ll help you investigate.
